When you are coming home from a long days work or from a long trip the last thing that you want to do is get out of the car to open the gate or the garage door. The price also ranges on depending on how you want the opener to perform. If you choose to have it work off of a sensor to open the gate then that will end up costing you a little extra money. Another option that you have is that you can have the gate lock on its own. It all depends on the company that you may choose to go with depends on the options that you have available to you. Like anything else you do not want any surprises later or end up going over the intended budget.

So if you are having one of these types installed and there is something that will be blocking the sunlight from the gate then I recommend cutting down some branches just something so that the gate can get the maximum sunlight.
