Now, placing this patch over the hole cut the hole bigger as per the size of the patch.
Now all you need to do is coat the edges of the hole with joint compound and fix the patch into the hole. Give the finishing touches like cleaning up the extra compound and leave the dry wall to dry. You should leave it overnight. Then apply another coat of the compound and paint once dry.
The repair of cracks is also an uncomplicated issue.
