You are going to find that pre-built saunas are more expensive than the kits because they have had most of the assembly work done. If your time is limited, then you may opt to go with a pre-built sauna as they can be set up and operational in about half an hour.
To conclude the difference boils down to what extent you are willing to go to in order to install the sauna yourself. If your just not good at putting stuff together then go with the pre-built as it is as easy as 1 2 3.
