Whole House Water Filters Are Economical
By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Lesa_Bolt]Lesa Bolt

Whole house water filters are a smart choice and should be highly considered when building or remodeling a house. If you already have the pipes and walls open due to new construction or your old house being totally renovated why not take the opportunity to put in a whole house water filter.

Many people have deemed the benefits of having a unit in their house once it is in place.

Water filtered to us from processing plants may be cleaned of chemicals, viruses and bacteria before it leaves their plant, however, once it travels miles and miles through already contaminated pipes the liquid we consume is not the same as what left their company.

This is just plain bad to think about. If you take a large area and fill it with normal tap H2O you will find discolored liquid which is full of who knows what.

By having a house filter you assure you and your family that when water enters your house it will be cleaned fresh right before you use it. If you think about it there will be no more stale or old drinks.

If you only use a filter on part of your house that may be fine but consider that the old water has traveled through your pipes and collected bacteria and germs as well as other contaminants on the pipes walls. As new fluid passes through it picks up some of that waiting on the pipe walls and carries it along and out the faucet into your drinking glass.

Whole house filters are probably the most economical overall. You will also find a difference in your laundry. If you take a load of towels with the old water and then wash the same number and type of towels in a filtered version you will find once they are dry and you fold them the filtered water towels will actually stack higher and smell fresher.

Have you ever noticed when you grab a towel to dry off with from the shower that once you get it wet it starts to have an odor? That is the left over bacteria in the towel that was not killed and just came alive with the moist H2O you gave it.

Water filters offer a lot of positive benefits. If you can afford one you may consider it as important as having a stove, refrigerator and hot water heater in your house.
