Had attic converted in October 07. Very good finish, very reliable, there at 8.00 am every morning. Finished and cleaned up by 5.00 pm each day. Finished a day ahead of schedule. Very flexible with changing a few things during conversion. Overall would highly recommend. Very happy with service. Work Quality 4

Converted attic with ensuite to the highest standards and within timeframe stipulated. Very efficient and approachable management and workmen. Any problems encountered were solved without hesitation and complaint. Certificate of compliane provided on payment. Work Quality 5

Converted two attics and an ensuite. Overall finish quality, especially of the carpentry, was very good. However, the company is let down by poor service delivery from subcontractors, namely plumbers and electricians who do not appear to communicate with each other thereby leaving the client to part project manage the work. This was my experience, which I in turn brought to the director of the company. Work Quality 4

Did an excellent attic job for my friend in Rathfarnham in 2005. They were most pleased and recommended them to me. I later found out that my attic wasn't suitable so I don't have direct experience. (I'm wititng this as it is important to reward good companies!) RB Work Quality 4

We got the attic converted to a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. It took approx 2 weeks during which time I found them to be a professional well organised crew. An engineers cert was issued on completion. No complaints good operators. Work Quality 5
