Moy Isover Ltd. is a joint venture company, with 50% of the equity held by Gypsum Industries Ltd., a member of the BPB Group, and the remaining 50% being held by Isover - St. Gobain who are the world's largest producer of mineral wool insulation and glass tissue products.

BPB are the world's largest producer of plasterboard material. St. Gobain are the world's largest producers of glasswool insulation and tissue material.
