I have order a bedroom from Zocalo collections via Karls furniture. The promised delivery was 2-3 weeks. After 6 weeks when I contacted Karls F. (not for the first time) they rang the manufacturer (Zocalo) annd they said that they are loading a truck with my bedroom so the Karls F. organised the delivery for the next Saturday. They rang me next day and said that they didn't get the furniture and it will be another 2-3 weeks before I'll get it. It's been 1o weeks last Sunday and there is still no sign from my bedroom. I sent an email to Zocalo 4 weeks ago with no reply. However, email address is correct because when I was looking for the furniture (on the Internet) they replied to my email very quickly with three suppliers that deal with their furniture in Dublin. However when I contacted one of them (Classic Furniture) they said that they don't deal with Zocalo for a quite some time with no explanation why. Product/Service Range 4
