I have recently have had a Conservatory fitted and I am delighted with the result. The workmen were very helpful and the sales staff in the office were extremely friendly. Porch was built with good materials but the installation was only satisfactory, leaks in storms. Effort made to correct fault bunt unsucessful to date, easier to live with it.	Product/Service Range 3 Staff Knowledge 2 Value for Money 2 Customer Service 2 Availability/Delivery 3 Overall 2.40
