Recently, I purchased a piece of furniture from Lowneys. When delivered I noticed that they had sent me a damaged unit. When I phoned the shop regarding this, the manager said he would replace the unit. Although this was satisfactory, it took three weeks for it to be delivered. I had been told on three separate occasions that it would be delivered prior to this however after changing my plans and staying at home on three different days, it failed to arrive. Very dissapointing and not at all professional!! Product/Service Range 1
