I required a new sat dish so I could operate 2 tvs and the associated cable. I had the 2 receivers already. We asked if they could mount the 2 tvs on the walls. One needed a jointed long arm to go around a corner, the idea being the 32" tv could be flush against the wall when not in use.My husband 'supervised' while I was in Scotland.On my return i found Toners had used a mount suitable for a 52" TV with a huge ugly metal plate on the wall. The arms were also ugly and massive, clearly more for commercial use, not to be seen.It is impossible to fold the tv back on the wall as the arm doesn't go back far enough. Apparently the arm should have cost 190 euros but we got it for 120. The other tv, we already had the arm, and it was incorrectly fitted, the 'tilt' plate attached to the back of the tv has been fitted upside down, so you cannot adjust the tilt at all. Also the arms have not been fitted level on the wall. This whole experience cost us 450 euros. What a complete disaster. The moral of the story is, if you want something doing do it yourself ! Don't beleive someone when they agree to do something that they really aren't qualified to do! Product/Service Range 1
