i wish i had read some of the comments before i got them to fit my windows and door very very BAD customer care my door is not locking right i am 6 weeks ringing up to get them to fix it with NO luck excuse after excuse please take note of other customers comments before you get these people going further about this

i requested a repair man from doyles to fix a broken patio door glass unit, they said it would take a week for the repair man to measure up,a week later i rang them wondering where the repair man was,they fobbed me off with some silly excuse and said it would take another week just to measure up.im just one small insignificant customer, they are more interested in their bigger clients.so stay away from doyles they are only interested in the bigger contracts.
