Delighted I went with Rationel. Gave it much consideration and shopped around. Didn't like the way competitors tried to knock them, it only confirmed that they seemed to fear rationel. Great product and the salesman was more helpful than most. Found it hard to remove stickers from windows which annoyed me. Product/Service Range 5

A very helpful company with excellent service from the time of order to the time of delivery. The staff are all very helpful especially the dispatch dept and a word of praise for Martin Hanbury the logistics manager as any time that we made a request where out delivery was, he was very honest and precise with our order

We are happy with the products - they are in two years now and no difficulties. However the delivery was very delayed - we were on the telephone to them for weeks - the build was help up because of the delay - if you are ordering from Rationel make sure to order well in advance.
