Despite their good reputation we were disappointed with the service we received from John Ryan Auctioneers. In our case we had a lot of difficulty with the builder however our only contact with the builder was through this auctioneer. Having put a deposit on a house 6 months ago, we lost it after the builder refused to send in the required standard documentation for our mortgage approval. We feel that the auctioneer didn't do enough to help us. Product/Service Range 1
