Well, I had a problem with Pat's Carpets since last August, have made several phone calls in relation to my complaint and am still awaiting a phone call from them. Any time I phone the response I get is "Oh yeh he has your number I'll get him to call you this afternoon". I have passed on my phone number again and again and still no response. The quality of their carpets are not up to standard.

I would go elsewhere the next time I need flooring. 		Product/Service Range 1
