This crowd are responsible for a number of developments, one of which is Roseberry Hill in Newbridge. If you show an interest in purchasing one of their homes, they will lay out the red carpet for you. However, once you look for a deposit back, there will be nobody available to take your call, constantly greeted by the answer machine. You may even be answered by a lady who claims you have the wrong number.
Their track record in poor customer service is supported by the following... in the past 12 months, they have had 2 builders walk out on them, they have gone through 3 different negotiaters (some of whom are related to the developer), have lost the confidence of Sullivan property consultants who claim to have nothing to do with any dealings at Millbank Developments and are still building (or not building) the first house of the final phase of Roseberry which was started late 2009.
In the estimation of many people I have spoken with, this crowd are mere cowboys and should be avoided at all costs. If you have deposits on properties with them, then be prepared for a lengthy wait. 		Product/Service Range 1
