they do a good job, but for reliability they are very poor, i had to wait 4 months for a gas fire, after ringing them a few times every week each time they said it will be done that week.	Work Quality 4 Reliability 1 Competence 3 Cleanliness 3 Value for Money 3 Overall 2.80
