I have had to have to contact them on a daily basis in relation to problems with my heating, a smell from my waste gate pipe and "water hammering". Although they sent people out to me to fix the house they have had to come back three to four times before the original problems are intermittent and still not solved. I have been told the majorty of problems in the house are due to "water being turned off" in the area??? Is anyone else experiencing these problems? Work Quality 1

cannot get my boiler serviced because it is installed in the kitchen where the plumber cannot get to it. my living room floor was ruined when they came in to replace doors and i cannot get in touch with them for an explaination. Work Quality 1
