This guy was initially hard to get hold of, probably because he's in such demand, but once you have him, he is extremely thorough and efficient. We were able to leave him the keys of the house and let him get on with it. Plus he is a decent chap to deal with and actually charged us less than he quoted in the end! Availability/Delivery 5

I was most pleased with the service Timbertech provided, as you see from my ratings. I would recommend them very highly. Dave did an excellent job in laying the solid wood floor (definitely go for solid if you can!). Having had a couple of negative experiences with tradesmen (not turning up when promised etc), I was particularly impressed with how professional and reliable Dave was. I hope to contact him to do a decking job in the future!
