gentleman was paid for a full treatment system. he installed half of it and we never heard from him again, we tried everything to get in contact with him. we had to spend another 3000 euro to get a new system installed by h2o in Galway, which were great by the way. they came took out the old system and fould it did not even have any of the filters installed in it!! if any man from 'mc watercare' come to your door run him, and beware of anyone calling door to door selling water treatment systems. it would be better to check out their websites and contact them first and ask them to pay you a visit.
