Avoid this store! I bought a brand new BEKO Fridge/Freezer 2 days ago not in any sale. Arrange collect myself because they had no delivery vans available on the day. The next day after letting the gas settle as instructed I plugged it in to find the fridge light not working. It wasnt a bulb problem. Phoned the store foolishly expecting a replacement unit ASAP only to be told its not there responsibilty and I (note not them) had to phone for a BEKO service repair man. This took 30 minutes of my time and phone costs and now I have to wait a further 4 days before the repair is carried out to a brand new fridge. That is some customer service I will NEVER deal with them again! Work Quality 1

Chose a washing machine at 1 o'clock today, it was installed and the old one taken away by 5 o'clock. Value for money, lovely sales staff, the man who installed it even ran through the instructions with me, what more could you want (for them to come back & do the ironing)! Work Quality 5
