my top window installed approx 9 years ago is now ready to fall out. approached saunders and they want nothing to do with it and wont claim responsibility even though my 10 year gaurentee is still valid. had another professional look at the window and basically the silicone on the outside is all thats holding the window in, an accident or death just waiting to happen! the origional installation the window was too small but no support braces were installed to suppor tthe window. now the silicone is breaking away. absolute gansters dont deal with them!
