I felt that the primary aim of the staff was to guarantee a sale at all costs - so much so that the product was carried to the till before a decision was made to purchase the item. Little room was allowed for customer deliberation. PC Insurance was over sold at an exorborant cost.
The supplied product range met with this costumer's demands however allowing little option but to purchase the unit.
The level of costumer service would not entice a return to the store. 		Product/Service Range 4
