I bought a property from Custom Construction in 2008. Raised a problem with them last year that my front door was slimmer at the bottom then at the top, their answer to this was to fit an extra draught excluder. This October I brought it to their attention again, was told a new door would be ordered but would take up to four weeks to arrive. Here I am in the middle of January, 2 and a half months later and experiencing the longest coldest spell in Ireland in 30 years and still no new door. Further more I have been told that they (will not mention names) don't like the way I have spoken to them. You'd swear I was a customer that has paid good money and only trying to get what I'm entitled to and what I have been promised!! I have lost all faith in Custom Construction, both in their ability to provide a quality home or a quality service that is promised. I will never consider buying from them again and would urge anybody who is to think twice and do a little research first!! Work Quality 1
