I needed new modern upvc windows to replace my timber windows and costello windows did a great job. I got great service from this company, the sales man was so helpful and the fitters made sure everything was perfectly clean when they finished

Got to say; salesmen were extremely good as all I new I wanted was A-Rated windows & I was uncertain of what I was looking for after that, but he sorted everything from designs to certs. Everthing fitted within 3weeks of signing, been 3 months now & couldn't be happier, great investment!!

will never ever again want to see or hear of this company. defective windows and doors which were replaced by worse defective windows and doors we have had drafts and leaks for years from them. had to go down the full legal route for the last 3years they were inpossible to deal with. anyone thinking of this company I would strongly advise against it and if anyone is looking for the engineer reports I have them to back this up.

thrilled with our new polaris windows and composite door. we were unsure what company to go with but this company were so accomodating and even arranged for their mobile showroom to come to our house after hours. they were also very competitive with price. would def recommend.

i am a builder and used to always deal with another company. i was contacted by these guys last year and decided to give them a go. have used them for several jobs since. they are reliable and efficent and have a wide product range at a good price. would never look back.

got windows and doors for my new extension last week. the sale rep david murphy went through all aspects of the design and was very easy to deal with. i got the polaris windows which are internal glazed for security and the fibre glass doors. absolutely delighted with them.

I would NOT recommend Costello Windows from Kilfergus, Glin. Limerick. All windows and doors fell apart within a few months. All original order was wrong, 9 windows had to be replaced or partial replacment. Front door ordered wrong 2 times and still not correct. They do not return calls, customer service is a joke. never again, have had alot of problems, 11 windows leaking, draughts through most of them, have had "service technician" out 7 times, customer service..... what customer service, what a joke, considering legal action,avoid like the swine flu.the answer to all problems seems to be silicone inside and out!

i am very happy with them, i had a few snags but they sent out the fitter out the next day and everything is now perfect. another thing i like about this company is that u get to talk to a real person on the phone,not those automated press 1 for this and option 2 for that which u get with so many companies now. i would definately recommend

try this companys new window called the polaris range. its head and shoulders above the rest. its all internally glazed and is wider profile but also looks absolutely stunning. Really delighted with my job which was replacement. the fitters were excellent.. really knew what they were doing.

I got my windows replaced by Costellos and i must say that they were absolutely brilliant. I am delighted with the windows and also the fitters were excellent, i couldn't believe that they cleaned up the place and everything when they were finished, these boys obviously take great pride in their job. Delighted.

I got replacement windows and one door from Costello Aluminium. I am absolutely delighted. The fitters were brilliant they left the place spotless and even cleaned the windows for me. from the salesman John Horan to the office staff to the fitting i am delighted with the lot.

I recently got the windows and doors in my house replaced by Costello Aluminium. They were very efficient from the start, a sales rep came out the next day after i rang in the enquiry.; Dealt with a lovely girl Sharon in sales who was very helpful. salesman was pure gentleman also.
They rang me within the 3 week timeframe to say they were ready to fit whenever i was. The boys who came to fit the stuff did a very neat job and made sure everything was in working order before leaving. Overall i was delighted with Costello Aluminium who were also the cheapest quote i received.

Have had nothing but trouble with new windows. Windows very
poorly fitted..draughts through many of windows..seals coming
away from windows, Response..phone is put down

Windows were fitted 4 years ago on a housing estate in newcastle west co. limerick. The windows might as well be left open as there is a major draft entering the house and window handles are incorrectly fitted. I am having great difficulty opening two of the windows also. I am currently awaiting a visit from a representative of this company and will update again if and when someone turns up.

I had a very pleasent experience dealing with costellos. i have just had my windows fitted within the 3 week schedule as promised by Kieran. I got alot of help and answers to all my questions from our sales rep, even after the sale was agreed.

Had windows (eventually) installed Costello Aluminium. Unprofessional. Would advise to keep away from Costello Alum. Took 11 months from order placed/deposit of 3k, & windows to be installed. When windows came, they were filthy (plaster/cement) & were not installed correctly, had to be taken out & redone. House is being lived in but was left with mud, fag butts all over. Inside glass of double glazing dirty so cannot be properly cleaned now.

Windows installed by Kennedy Aluminium have discoloured from white to creamy pink.
Was promised a yearly service to restore to the original colour by use of chemical to be applied by Costelloe Aluminium.
The windows were last treated 2 years ago.
It is impossible to get contact customer service in the last months.
