My water pipe broke during the big freeze, when I arrived at the shop, I was told that the pipe was kept in the back yard, which had being locked up 5mins prior to my arrival and that they couldn't help. They then told me I'd be better of going to B&Q or homebase for my parts. Great to see an Irish company offering good customer service for an english based company.
