I purchased a 52" lcd tv from dohenys in september. It stopped working shortly afterwards. I rang them to explain the situation before I went down to the shop. They were very helpful with my problem. Since the TV was over 30 days old they were not able to replace it for me. However they very promptly organised a repair for me.
The manufacturer actually came to my house to collect the TV! I was very impressed with the service. A few days later I had my tv back again, good as new.
Will definetly do business with them again. Highly reccomended.

My husbands parents bought us a 42" LCD tv for a wedding present. From the first time we turned it on we couldnt get a decent picture, it never worked right. We went back to Doheny homecare and the salestaff told us to bring it back in, they wouldnt even collect it and they wanted to try fix it, they wouldnt replace it for us. We rang Phillips directly who had it collected and returned perfect within a week, I will not ever be buying anything in Doheny homecare again. Product/Service Range 1
