I got excellent service from Naas Oil recently
I ordered my oil that morning and it was delivered promptly
and without any hassle I paid by laser and i did not have to be

I called Naas Oil for a price, it was the best price out of all companies I rang, I got my oil that day and was very pleased with the overall service, I would highly recommend them. Product/Service Range 5

Received a supply of oil from Naas Oil approx. 5 wks ago but for some unknown reason (I wasn't extravagent with my usage), the supply (500 ltrs) ran dry in 5 wks. Phoned Naas Oil Friday 14 Mar 8.35am & asked if I could have a deliver same day. Telephonist said she would contact the driver at which stage I was disconnected. Phoned again and asked a different person the same question. She said an emphatic "No" and "We were told not to contact the drivers". I explained that the last peson I was speaking to was going to contact the driver and she answered "I will put you through to her but she will just tell you what I have told you." Once again I placed my order and gave my credit card details and I accepted the fact that I would have to do without my oil until Saturday. Saturday arrived and I waited and waited in the cold and still no sign of the oil. At approx 3.30pm, my husband phoned Naas Oil from work and was told that they had made a mistake and my oil would not be delivered until Tuesday. However, the telephonist was very helpful (I don't think) and told him that he go to the garage up the road and buy some kerosene. I just coudn't believe it. We are both senior citizens and because of their mistake, they expected us to lug I don't know how many litres of oil, to keep us going until whatever time suited them on Tuesday to deliver the oil. Well, with their last 500 Litres only lasting for 5 weeks when I usually get 3 months from the same amount, I decided it would be quicker and cheaper to deal with an alternative oil supplier.
