I rang Michael early one morning in a panic, the bathroom was flooded and water was pouring into the kitchen below. He organised for his son to come over immediately and sort out the situation, within two days, he was back and fitted the new parts to the toilet cistern. Very reliable and if he cannot make an appointment he will phone you to say so.	Work Quality 5 Reliability 5 Competence 5 Cleanliness 5 Value for Money 5 Overall 5.00
