Customer Services is very very very poor in Rocca Tiles. U have to wait at least 20 mins to half an hour for service. Its crazy. The assistant then spent 5 minutes with us and said \\\"I have to see this man for a minute\\\" and like that he was not to be seen again. Headed straight for Classic Tiles and bought all the tiles for the house. They were so helpful. The selection of tiles in Classic is so much better than Rocca too. Roccas tiles are boring with no taste. Product/Service Range 1
