Bought 3,2,1 leather ????suite in Briarhill shop. Leather started peeling off recliners, seats, headrests and a rip appeared between the backrests of the two seater. Paid 2,500 E and after one and a half years the entire suite looks worn and shabby. Was fobbed off by staff. Had to keep ringing to get any response. Finally told me they were obliged to do nothing for me. Issue still ongoing. Product/Service Range 1

Have just had a bedroom suite delivered having prurchased four weeks ago. Staff are friendly but totally inept and careless. I paid over 2,000E and had to use almost threatening language before they contacted the delivery manager, who was very nice and prompt. Now it transpires that a fitter has to come out to put some of the furniture together. Unbelievable attitude. Take the money and who cares after that! Apalling service. Never again,
