Very unfriendly member of staff!!
I went into the store today and I bought a few items. I went up to the counter where a middle aged woman with short grey/white hair was standing. She ignored me for a minute then finally, without speaking to me at all or making eye contact, she scanned the items. meanwhile she talked to another staff member through the entire transaction.
Finally she sternly told me the price.
This is terrible customer service! I would not go back to this place again. I would not reccomend this place to anybody.
1. She talked to someone else the entire time while I was at the counter
2.. she was slow to respond to me
3. She did not speak to me except for telling me price of the item/
4. She did not make eye contact with me
5. She did not say please or thank you
6. Her tone and attitude were one of lack of concern for the customer and she seemed to be annoyed at having to deal with customers at all. 		Product/Service Range 3

Weirs is a terrific store; besides all you need for the home it has a beautiful selection of gifts, candles, decorations and so on. The members of staff are knowledgeable and helpful and always have a smile. It's one of my favourite shops in Dublin. Product/Service Range 3

Great when you need something in a hurry and don't have the time to go out to a larger DIY store.

Didn't have as bad an experience as other reviewer. Not a wide range of products,but I found the staff helpful. Not the place to visit if you have something out of the ordinary to find. Ok for key cutting, bulbs etc. Can be pricey Product/Service Range 2
