Got Bosch induction hob! Ordered on Sunday and delivered on Tuesday at a very reasonable delivery fee! Goods priced also reasonably !

3 fridges later, will never shop in Power City again. its ok for small items that you can return, but anything large that needs to be delivered...forget it. If the appliance doesn't work, you are forced to take time off work to have it repaired (even though its brand new) oh, and the repair people don't do Saturdays. Also its pointless returning to the shop with any issues, although they are more than happy to entertain you initially when you are spending your money, you are told to ring the call centre, where you are don't get to speak to anyone forced to leave a voicemail, and they call you back at their convenience. I had paid for my item and was waiting for it to be brought up, when I was informed that it wasnt actually in stock! I called back twice to pick it up, and was informed each time that they still didnt have it, despite there being two in stock on the website information page. Despite having my phone number, I was not contacted at all on this issue, and was instead put in touch with a delivery service, who proved equally hard to contact. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this store. Product/Service Range 3

We bought all our kitchen appliances here and they gave us a discount as bought them all together. Staff knowledge depends on who you get. Product/Service Range 4
