I have to say i was extremely happy with my experience in pcw. The customer service staff which seem to be the same weekend staff i deal with when i go in are pleasant and helpful every time. I found the value for money good as there is a good knowledge base aswell as support after my purchase. Product/Service Range 3

I just want to say where is the personal touch gone i tried on more than one occasion to phone this shop to see if they had a laser printer cartridge in stock i had no success with a follow up to my calls i spoke to a answering machine and i never got one call back i am very sorry to say that i would not recommend anyone to purchase from this store and i will be taking my business elsewhere, Product/Service Range 1

I got an expensive Pc in Pc World in Blanchardstown, the service when I bought it was grand, but I have a problem (the internet only works in safe mode), when I purchased the pc, I also bought a warranty for 200 euro.... I tried ringing them to get someone to come out to the house, but they said that's only for hardware problems..
I rang various numbers to try and talk to someone, and ended up talking to various robot answering machines and then people in a call centre in Nottingham..
I couldn't get talking to anyone in Blanch, cos there is now no phone number for that store... On my receipt it says if you have any problems, just ring 'first name'of the guy who sold you the product and the shop number...
Since you're not allowed swear here, I have to say Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr! 		Product/Service Range 3

I could not recomend this store to persons who do not have good computer knowledge's. It is almost impossible to get a member of staff to help. When you do they almost always speak in teck language and will try to push one particular product. They often just read what is on the box with out giving additional detail or extra information.
From experience: Always ask for the box to be opened before buying. Always check that all parts are in the box and they are not missing or damaged.
Examples: Wireless Key board, faulty on purchase. On return they wouldn't believe me it was faulty until I showed them where the box had obviously been resealed and that the software CD was missing. Only then would they replace it with a working model
Wireless router. Broken areal, did not bother returning this as was too much hassle.
HP Inkjet printer faulty on first use. Replacement model missing cartages. Third model lasted 4 months, Gave up after this.
Wanted to purchase a male to male video cable Sales guy convinced me there was no such thing, that what I needed was a male to female. Didn't buy but got exactly what I need with no trouble at another retailer.
DVD rewriter. On checking the box software cd was damaged. On checking the next box the Software CD was opened and the unit was damaged. Third time lucky.
