overall - brutal service. What ticks me off the most is the fact that they alays send you an "engineer". And theres me thinking you have to sepnd 5 years in college as opposed to having a 1-hour induction course in how to use the 3 standard NTL tools - battery drill, cable tie and snips. They cam to my house, burst through a 200 year old wall the rong ways, left the coax hanging from down the back wall from the roof with no cleats, didn't clena up and generally caused me a lot of grief. NTL have a reputation for providing awful customer service. Aside from this, their cable service is pretty good and is goof value for money...just don't try and deal with their call centre! Product/Service Range 4
