Initially I was very pleased with the service I recieved, however the after sales service was very poor. I had a long wait for a new handle for the front door that they installed and despite repeated phone calls, my guttering is still unsatisfactory. The so called "snag" team in my opinion had no qualifications. I would not give this company repeat business.
