Had a problem with a grinder , switch was sticking, the staff made out I was the problem even though it was clear that the power switsh was sticking, I persisted but met with a wall a defence, very upsetting, Beware the staff seem to be trained to make you feel a fool on a comeback fault. as a carpenter with over 20 years experiance in the building industry i can honestly say its a great shop with great range of tools but really let down by lazy and uninterested staff *********************************. hard to beat the range of tools this shop carries but far better shops out there.
