We just completed a renovation of our home and appointed Mr Donagh Higgins of Mallerwood Construction (Swords) and Mr Gabriel Vieyra Architect of O Dwyer & Associates in Malahide. The qualtiy of build advice and completed works is first class.

Mr Higgins has a fantatic building brain and can provide practical solutions to most problems. As an example we were prepared to concede on a particular building design point informing Mr Higgins that if what we proposed was not possible then we could live wih an alternative. "Nothing is impossible" he responded and proceeded with our first choice.

Mr Higgins is personable with great manners and understanding. This really helps when one is going through the tough renovation process while still living in the house.

Mallerwood have a team of people who produce quality while at the same time being friendly and accomodating. In value terms he was the most competitive ina tender process and we suspect that with the quality of finish we have real value for money.

Mr Vieyra managed the architectural design, tender process and site works is a professional of the highest calibre who we trusted without question. I would recommend him without fail to anyone seeking a gentleman who is skilled in his profession. In addition he has a great belief in and knowledge of energy efficiency and we have the benefit of maximising that in our design _ this is already saving us money. Together with Mr Higgins and Mr Vieyra we had the dream combination. 		Work Quality 5
