Nice kitchens but the staff are extremely unhelpful, as if you don't deserve to buy a kitchen from them!

We have a budget of about 15,000 - 20,000 euro for a kitchen (exlcluding appliances) and we also have a basic plan in mind.

Went in to Magnet in Liffey Valley and stood around waiting for a member of staff to come out of the office. They had seen us, but chose to ignore us. Eventually my wife went down and spoke to a woman in the office asking for help on a particlar kitchen. The lady was very dismissive, didn't want to look at the basic plan I had as we "had to make an appointment" and they "do their own plans"
What, so I don't get a say in the plan of my kitchen!

Why do I need to make an appointment? They were all sitting around at the back of the shop doing nothing. What was to stop one of them sitting down with me there and then?

My wife got so annoyed that we left. However I really wanted a Magnet kitchen so I went back and spoke to two ladies (one was the lady above) who were, again, very unhelpful and dissmissive. They seemed to be asking me questions in the hope that my answer would mean they could tell me to get lost.

"When are you looking to install or how far are you along with your build because we couldn't possibly help you until you're about 8 weeks from completion"
"Have you decided on appliances"? (I know exactly what Neff appliances I wanted)
"You'll need to sit with us for about 3 hours you know?"
"do you know what kitchen you would like?"
"what about counter tops?

Anyway, after writing down my answers to her 17 questions on a scrap of paper she said someone from their design team would contact me the following week.
That was three weeks ago so I'll give my 20k to another company who actually wants it. Diabolical service and rude staff.

Initial contact with Magnet was impressive but delivery and start up was late and took 6 months in total to complete. Staff were unhelpful and fitters rarely turned up when scheduled Product/Service Range 2
