may2008 we purchased a kitchen from the finglas branch, the salesperson was Emmet.he made the whole process so stress free we did,nt hesitate handing over nearly 8 grand. he recommended a fitter who was excellent arrived when he said so. our first problem was when the top units were installed with only 1 shelf when we rang finglas we were told that's how all kitchens are and we would have to pay extra. if we were told this at the onset we would have ordered a second shelf. the second prob which is still ongoing was when marbleandgranite from coolock came to fit our worktops. the broke our new sink unit.6 months later were still not sorted. we have spent the last 6 months trying to sort it out. the two general managers called to our house to look at the damage and promised us it would be all sorted. that was four months ago. its sad to say that my dream kitchen is turning sour and that the excellent work of the sale people and fitters is marred by the customer service department. my taps were faulty from the start, they sent the wrong ones out.i would urgently advise anyone who's thinking of using kitchen world to think again. i have a brand new kitchen with a broken sink unit and broken taps six months after the kitchen was installed so much for the guarantee. there customer service is one of the worst i have ever experienced. about a month ago i went up to finglas to purchase wardrobes (was,nt in right frame of mind} disturbed sales assistant on personal call, she was,nt bothered about doing a sale she told me she would email me with a design we were the only customers in the shop. needless to say i have received no email, in this economy and so much competition n one would think customers are valuable and
should be treated well not just ehen parting with money, she did,nt want our money. need i say more very disappointed. 		Product/Service Range 5

I bought my kitchen from Demara on the naas road; from start to finish, the girl could'nt do enough for me, i ran into problems with one of my machines, and once i phoned Demara she had is sorted straight away. she helped me pick out tiles, paint..everything...1 year on and i'm still getting complimnets on my kitchen. i would highly recommend kitchenworld. and highly recommend Demara, and also her fitter Gary; who again was brilliant, arrived on time, and had it all done in a day and a half. thankyou to all involved, Rachel Product/Service Range 5

I was sold a Kitchen by Barry in the Naas branch of Kitchen World in June of 2007.
Barry was an excellent salesman and was paid immediately.
He insisted I use their fitters for the new kitchen.
Delivery date was set for 19-10-2007.
Fitting was promised for the 22/23-10-07.
I was under the understanding that I would have a fully functional kitchen within two days.
I have now parted with over 11K of my money.
It is now the 25th-10-07 and I have been without any kitchen for four days.
I have no sink, no machines, and no back door!
The back door was removed by the tilers two days ago and has yet to be re-hung.
There has been no sign of Kitchen World's fitters today or yesterday.
It is nearly the bank holiday weekend and I am possibly facing four days of freezing cold nights and tinned food dinners.
Kitchen World sold me a dream but have failed to deliver. 		Product/Service Range 3

Two years ago we got fitted wardrobes from Kitchenworld in Finglas. Margaret dealed with us and she was extremely helpful. When it comes to wardrobes I think a woman's perspective is useful. She understood my need for shoe space (!) and gave us plenty of time and insightful advice. Two years later I am glad to report that the wardrobes look as good as ever - no creaks, knobs falling off etc. Kitchenworld recommended a fitter and he arrived when he said he would.
I would happily recommend Kitchenworld. 		Product/Service Range 4

I bought my kitchen from Kitchen World. The Service was excellent great selection of styles. Showrooms showed loads of ideas and the best part of all was the customer service team don't give a real hard sell just nice friendly service. Product/Service Range 5
