I bought loads from Des Kelly, I was satisfied with quality/service and they said 2pm and were there at 2.10 whick is not bad....I was satisfied with the quality of the furniture and the fitted floor si I am a satisfied customer Product/Service Range 3

If you have any sense DO NOT buy carpets from these clowns.

I had 3 bedrooms and a stairs and landing done by them recently. The first fitter to arrive "doesn't do" stairs & landings so I had to spend the whole day waiting around the house for the second fitter.

We ordered chrome room dividers, they put down brass ones.

They never finished the door way into the ensuite.

I rang three times and even called back to the shop to try and get the job finished and it's still not done, that was about 6 weeks ago.

I've given up trying now but I'll never use them again. Be warned. 		Product/Service Range 3

False advertising: Free fitting of carpet and lino advertised however charged when area is not a square room.

Advertised as 60% sale on lino however no before or after sale price per unit indicated.

Carpet and lino very poorly fitted. Refit promised but have not returned to complete job - 2 week delay.

They have a good range of carpets and the whole purchasing process is acceptable. Delivery time is not bad either. However this is where the service falls down. The staff employed by Des Kelly to fit the carpets appear to be untrained labourers rather than carpet fitters. The fitting was badly done with rolls, loose areas and the edging on the stairs was very badly cut. I would not buy here again purely because of the bad fitting service. Product/Service Range 3
