I recently had a fireplace installed by this company and was not happy with the fit. When I rang to complain I was told I would be "lucky" to have someone with me by Christmas. 14 weeks later I finally had someone come out to me to inspect the work. A quick solution was suggested - which I'm also not happy with so now I'm back to square one with no resolution in sight.
