I have used Irish Broadband on 2 occassions. I find they offer good value for money for a wireless service - ie you don't need a phone line. I got free installation and I find it good value per money per month. They are usually quite responsive with problems with the signal. I know customer service is never great with most broadband providers so I think they are better than average here. Having said that the signal in my new house is not near as good as in my previous house - all due to line of sight with the satellite I'm told! Product/Service Range 3

Irish Broadband promise delivery within three weeks, but still had not delivered in five weeks. Phone calls were not answered and generally service so bad that ended up cancelling order. Product/Service Range 3
