Overpriced flat-priced furniture. Looks good in the shop, never looks as good at home...once you eventually get it delivered that is!! Product/Service Range 4

The worst delivery/availability I have ever come across! The furniture must be coming from outer space as it takes so long to actually arrive in Dublin. As we speak this retail outlet has now closed and moved their premises from Blanchardstown. If they have another outlet, they really need to focus on getting staff who can take an order and follow through on delivery for the customer. Got the impression that they don't care less. I love the furniture you get here but you have got to be prepared to wait for ever and a day for it so its not really worth it. Also, everything comes flatpacked which you don't expect when you are looking at it all nicely made up. The customer service is terrible when you call up wondering where your delivery is. I made up a shelf unit which wasn't as easy as it looked in the diagram and quality wise it's not great - i am expecting it to collapse any day now. Product/Service Range 5
