8 weeks to get a washing machine repaired. Though my parts are covered under warranty i had to pay 4 times what i would for my own electrician, but am obliged to use who they chose.	Work Quality 1 Reliability 1 Competence 1 Cleanliness 2 Value for Money 1 Overall 1.20
