Excellent customer service.
I had/have a particular pressure problem with my heating system.
EPH came out (at no cost to me), suggested a number of things that it could be. Outlined a number of potential fixes and estimated costs. Told me how to monitor problem and potentially fix myself. Gave me personal phone number in case I wanted to ask any more questions.
Final result - No cost. Problem still not fixed. However, I now know what I'm up against, and, will definitely use these guys when I'm ready to go to next stage. 		Product/Service Range 4
