bought a toshiba laptop last july and had to send it for repairs to uk 3 times and it s still not playing dvds they are giving me a different model but I want my money back Product/Service Range 1

Bought a philips laptop and it wouldnt wrk had it repaird after much stress came back still not wrking and dixons refused to replace it it was not even 2 months old they eventually replace it and the replacment lost all its paint in less then a month dixons say they dont do cosmetic repairs
i paid a 1000 euro for it and its caused me so much stress

Although this company offers value for money, it comes at a price. Floor staff are elusive and poorly trained and coustomer service is non existant. I would rather sell my granny than deal with this shower ever again. Product/Service Range 3
