Discount electrical serve a niche in the market - relatively low cost options for well known brands. Unfortunately the customer service is extremely poor. If I had known this fact I would never have purchased from them I do hope others may benefit from this fact. Product/Service Range 4

Bought a Smeg cooker and the door fell off when my wife was trying to clean the oven and nothing in the instruction manual helped. Called the supplier who me that if we had done any damage that we would be charged,we were flabbergasted with this type of attitude and our relationship went further downhill when we failed to get either service or satisfaction.there is not enough space to fully describe our frustation orfrom a company that have a very poor product knowledge in my opinion. Very pleasant kitchen purchase with Discount Electrical. A pleasant a surprisingly stress free experience. We got all our appliances here, and were very well treated by all the staff,helpful and knowledgable about what to buy/avoid!Would highly recommend also! Product/Service Range 5

Strange set-up in and old georgian house. Limited selection of white goods. Price is the same as all the other main chains for white goods but sometimes you can get an extra few quid off during a promotion. Good customer service and delivery service. Product/Service Range 3
