I was told my blinds would be delivered on the afternoon of 1st Nov 07. I took a day off work. Got a call about 10.30 am to say
there was only 1 fitter available and they would be unable to fit as arranged. I was really irate as I has taken a day off work to facilitate them.
The fit was re-arranged for this evening at 6.30pm (6/10/07).
At 2.15pm I get a call on my mobile from a fitter saying he will be at my house in 1 hour. Told him there was no point calling as nobody there and I had arranged with Michelle a 6.30pm fitting as my previous on was cancelled by the Company.
I told him if he couldn't call as arrange I would be cancelling the order.
Overall VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE 		Product/Service Range 2

I ordered two sets of blinds, the first one came about 1 wk later that promised and the second took me approx 5 wks of calling and calling and being constantly told somebody would be out on the following wed, thur etc. Absolutely terrible, the only reason I returned to them was to make sure the 2 set of blinds would be the some, it turns out there were not after all that. Didnt buy from them but they had very good customer service and from what I hear they are better than Access where I bought. Product/Service Range 5
