Heya,

Absolutely brilliant group of lads. My machine was giving me nothing but head aches, constant slow down from start to end. Had one of their technicians called Ciaran pay me a visit, arrived on time (19:30 - I had time for dinner and all) and was quite well mannered. A fellow native, so understanding him was a breeze.

It turned out I had some spyware called "Virtumonde", I remember the name! Anyway, Ciaran removed it for me.. took about 40 minutes and installed some free programs that help prevent future infections. His manner of customer service was brilliant.

Most IT guys I've dealt with try and rip the largest hole out of your pocket! Will be definately dealing with these guys again, an almost certainty.
