Philip managed the sale of our house and was incredibly helpful and extremely competent. We were selling in a time when housing prices were dropping quite quickly and a lot of houses were unsold. Philip knew exactly the approach to take and we were extremely glad we took his advice. I would highly recommend Philip. Work Quality 5

Philip managed the sale of my house from start to finish. He kept in regular contact with me and I was informed at all times where we were in the process. I think that the success of the sale of the house is down to him in large part. The entire process was made very easy for me by Philip. Work Quality 4

Philip did an excellent job at selling our property. He managed to do what four other estate agents, including the larger ones, could not do and that was secure a buyer for our property. His advise was excellent in dressing the house and his ability to get buyers through the door was the best I have seen, especially in light of a difficult market. I would recommend Philip to anyone trying to sell their property and would rate him above his larger peers. The rating reflects his approach and standards. Work Quality 5
